The very first time I ever saw Ulquiorra, I could never forget his beautiful, large, green eyes... and how sad they are. I've had this idea stuck in my head ever since I watched/read the part where Ichigo and co. reached Hueco Mundo... so there you have it! XD I'm still inexperienced with copics, as you can probably tell. The sky and sand (I'm very proud of my sand. XD ) still have marker streaks and uneven coloring. DX Fail. I do realize that there are actually "trees" and clouds in Hueco Mundo... I just didn't feel like drawing them in because 1.) I forgot the trees and 2.) if there's no water in Hueco Mundo, how is there moisture in the air to make clouds? Honestly. I hope the file isn't too big... This is so large that I had to scan it twice and piece it together in paint... you can probably see the "stich" mark on it... sorry! You talk about the pen strokes showing....but I think it really adds to this image.... the sand looks perfect. It all really matches Ulquiorra's melancholy air quite well too
Except for those striking eyes...which pop right out ^_^ pretty pretty pretty. Am SO stealing this and using it as a wallpaper now
